Preparing for government exams like Sub-Inspector or School Assistant while working a full-time teaching job is a massive gamble that often leads to burnout. hard truth! 💯 most people fail both the job and the exam because they're spread too thin. you can't ride two horses at once, especially when one is a government syllabus that changes every year. better to focus on one and nail it.

I disagree. Many of us don't have the luxury of quitting our jobs to study. Financial independence is a must. If you use your early mornings and weekends properly, it's doable. It’s all about the hustle. Don’t discourage people from dreaming big

The ECE point hits home. I wasted 3 years on UPSC and now I'm struggling to find entry-level roles because of the gap. Companies don't care about your 'general studies' knowledge if you can't solve a circuit problem. Get a backup first! #career

What about the teaching experience though A BEd and PG isnt a waste The School Assistant exam is literally based on what they teach every day Its the most logical transition SI might be a stretch though teaching is a solid base

just take mock tests. if you aren't clearing the cutoff in mocks while working, you won't clear the real thing. reality check is needed before wasting another year.
