Maddock Films is finally giving us Cocktail 2 and the tea is piping hot! ☕️ The teaser drops this Wednesday in cinemas, ahead of the June 19 release. The new trio is Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, and Rashmika Mandanna. Honestly, stepping into the shoes of Deepika, Saif, and Diana is a huge task, the original Cocktail was iconic, mainly thanks to Pritam's absolute banger of an album.
But what really has me hyped are the rumors that Kriti and Rashmika might actually be playing a queer couple this time! 🏳️🌈 If Bollywood is genuinely ready to embrace LGBTQ+ relationships in mainstream, commercial rom-coms instead of the usual tired love triangles, this could be a total gamechanger.
