We need to stop pathologizing screen time and start embracing the reality of our digital existence. The obsession with 'tech hygiene' and the constant pressure to unplug is honestly just a form of modern-day Ludditism that ignores how information actually flows today. Why should we feel guilty for spending seventeen hours a day connected to the global consciousness?
This isn't an addiction; it's total immersion in the world as it actually exists now. I’m leaning into 'inbox infinity' because trying to reach zero is a futile exercise in micro-management that kills creativity. If you aren't extremely online, you're essentially choosing to be illiterate in the language of the twenty-first century.
