While safety is crucial, an indefinite strike hurts the daily wage technicians the most. They can't afford to stop working. We need dialogue and immediate implementation, not a total shutdown that kills livelihoods of the poor.

Strikes rarely fix the root cause. Producers will just promise things to get back to work and then cut corners again later. We need government regulation and mandatory inspections, not just industry-led discussions...
