honestly, making it voluntary defeats the whole purpose. how are we supposed to stop fake degrees and duplication if registration isn't universal? transparency in healthcare shouldn't be optional. aadhaar verification is just a basic security step these days. we need accountability. 🩺 #healthcareindia
