We desperately need a total reset on how we communicate online. The algorithms are designed to fuel rage, polarization, and endless echo chambers, making it impossible to have productive conversations. It is incredibly refreshing to see major voices in psychology and vulnerability: like Adam Grant and Brené Brown: stepping up to inject genuine humility and rationality back into our daily feeds. For way too long, society has rewarded the loudest, most toxic voices instead of those willing to simply say "I was wrong." If former intellectual rivals can sit down and model healthy, nuanced debate, maybe the rest of us can too. It is time we stop treating every disagreement as a digital war.
