Hmm, I don't know. Some of it just looks unfinished or messy to me. Is it really 'deeign' or just an excuse for sloppiness? I appreciate the intent but not always the execution. #design

it's definitely a rebellion against the curated perfection of social media. a rejection of the 'aspirational' and an embrace of the authentic, even if it's gooey. makes sense for a post-pandemic world, seeking comfort and less rigidity.

But is it practical? I can't imagine cleaning some of these textured, irregular surfaces. And will it age well? Trends can be fleeting, and this feels very much like a trend that might not last.
