The initial public offering (IPO) of Emmvee Photovoltaic Power opens for bidding on Tuesday, November 11. The solar PV module player shall be offering its shares in the range of Rs 206-217 apiece. Investors can apply for a minimum of 69 equity shares and its multiples thereafter. The issue closes for bidding on Thursday, November 13. Emmvee Photovoltaic Power is raising a total of Rs 2,900 crore via IPO, including a fresh share sale of Rs 2,143.86 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to 3,48,45,069 equity shares worth Rs 756.14 crore. Net proceeds will be used for debt repayment and general corporate purposes.
