India to tour Zimbabwe for three-match T20I series in July
India heads to Harare for a July three-match T20I series, kicking off a busy summer slate that also features Ireland and England before a 2026-27 clash with Zimbabwe.
India will head to Harare for a three-match T20I series scheduled for July 23, 25 and 26 at the Harare Sports Club. This will be the first bilateral series of the 2026-27 season between India and Zimbabwe, who are slated to travel for a three-match ODI series on January 3, 6 and 9 in Kolkata, Hyderabad and Mumbai respectively.
In the lead-up, India will take on Ireland in an away two-match T20I series on June 26 and 28, as they begin their post-World Cup assignments. The busy summer continues with a five-match T20I streak in England from July 1-11, followed by a three-match ODI stretch from July 14-19.
India recently won the T20 World Cup for the second consecutive time last month, defeating New Zealand in Ahmedabad. The country has a storied success record in the tournament, having previously lifted the trophy in 2024 and 2007. The Zimbabwe tour mirrors a pattern of regular bilateral cricket and comes after India’s last visit to Zimbabwe in 2024, when they won a five-match T20I series 4-1.
