Get ready to laugh, UK! Sky has officially confirmed that the highly anticipated second season of Saturday Night Live UK is set to premiere this September. Fans of the iconic sketch comedy show can mark their calendars for Saturday, 12 September, when the first of six brand-new episodes will hit screens, promising a fresh wave of unpredictable, must-watch Saturday night television.
The UK adaptation of the beloved NBC series first debuted in March and quickly found its stride, bringing its unique blend of topical humor, live music, and celebrity guests to British audiences. Each episode features a distinct host, an inaugural comedy ensemble, and a captivating musical performance, a formula that has proven globally popular.
Excitingly, the entire 11-member cast from the first season is confirmed to return! This includes familiar faces like Hammed Animashaun, Ayoade Bamgboye, Larry Dean, Celeste Dring, George Fouracres, Ania Magliano, Annabel Marlow, Al Nash, Jack Shep, Emma Sidi, and Paddy Young.
