A seventh employee has come forward, recounting a harrowing ordeal of harassment, stalking and obscene remarks inside the workplace. The complainant, a telecaller hired in June 2025, details intrusive questions about her relationship status and private life, echoing a pattern of behavior described by other victims. Her account also notes body shaming, with a colleague allegedly telling her to “join a gym” to improve her body image. The shifts in the facility run from 8 am to 5 pm and 9 am to 6 pm, and the survivor says the troubling conduct began soon after she joined.
The case is part of a wider wave of FIRs—nine in total—over alleged exploitation, attempted forceful conversion, hurt religious sentiments, molestation and mental harassment at the TCS Nashik site. Authorities say eight employees have been arrested so far, amid ongoing investigations. The company and police have urged victims and witnesses to come forward to ensure a thorough, transparent inquiry.
