Musical theatre star Amber Davies, known for her role as Elle Woods in the touring production of 'Legally Blonde,' recently made headlines for halting a performance to address a disruptive audience member. During the interval of Saturday night's show at the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre in Dublin, the ex-Love Islander took to her Instagram Stories to express her frustration with a woman in the front row who had been filming throughout Act One.

Still in costume and with her stage microphone on, Davies candidly shared her experience, stating, "We've got a beautiful audience, but there's just one woman in the front row, been filming the entirety of act one, it's had us all distracted." She emphasized the impact of the individual's actions on the cast, adding that it had "ruined the morale of our wonderful eighth show on a Saturday night from selfish actions."

Davies confirmed she had asked theatre staff to remove the woman before Act Two commenced. Her video also served as a broader public service announcement, which she dubbed "your daily reminder not to film at the theatre," highlighting the importance of respecting performance rules.
