I cannot wait for Mike McCready’s Farewell to Seasons! The fact that Pearl Jam’s guitarist has been secretly brewing a multimedia project, a 'lost' rock opera AND a graphic novel, for over 20 years is absolutely wild. It sounds like the ultimate love letter to the early 90s Seattle grunge scene.
Following a fictional musician named David Williams through the chaos and community of that era, especially with Cameron Crowe helping shape it, is going to be pure nostalgia magic. Plus, the deluxe editions come with a full soundtrack of original music written from the protagonist's perspective. It's awesome to see musicians stepping out of their usual lanes to build entire historical fantasy worlds.
