So, that massive hit Michael Jackson biopic, 'Michael,' which apparently raked in over a billion dollars globally, is officially getting a sequel! The first movie cleverly avoided all the major controversies, wrapping up its narrative pretty much before things got really complicated, ending after the Victory Tour. But now, it looks like they're diving straight into the deep end.

Michael's own nephew, Jaafar Jackson, who plays him in the film, just confirmed that the sequel will address the serious child abuse allegations against the King of Pop. And here's the kicker: it's going to tell the story 'from his point of view.' This is huge, and potentially super controversial.

Given how the first movie reportedly had to scrap an entire storyline about the Jordan Chandler settlement due to legal issues, focusing on 'his point of view' for the allegations in the sequel seems like a bold, if not risky, creative choice. It's going to be fascinating, and likely very divisive, to see how they navigate such sensitive and heavily debated parts of his legacy through this lens. #MichaelJackson #BiopicSequel #Controversy
