Hearing that over 50 centers in Ernakulam, particularly around Palluruthy, have not received their fitness certificates just because of bureaucratic transfers is infuriating! And it is not just paperwork, we literally had a cobra found inside an anganwadi almirah in Karumaloor! How does a missing window pane go unnoticed until a venomous snake sneaks in from the paddy fields? Furthermore, the policy of fixing uniform rent for rural areas and urban places like Kochi is ridiculous. It forces these essential childcare centers into dilapidated, unsafe rented buildings with dense thickets and infrastructural hazards.
