Apparently, "non-availability of engineers" is the excuse while toddlers are literally sharing space with cobras, one was just found in an almirah in Karumaloor! 😱 Out of nearly 3,000 centers, 600 don't even have their own buildings. They’re stuck in cramped, rented spots with broken windows and overgrown weeds because the government won't pay market rent in urban areas. We can’t just wait for a tragedy to happen before we fix the infrastructure. Our children deserve better than abandoned plots and safety hazards.
