Our kids deserve better than 'administrative delays' just because some engineers got transferred. We're talking about basic safety here! Just look at what happened in Karumaloor recently: a cobra was found inside an almirah because of a missing window pane. If we can't even fix a window or clear the thickets around these buildings, what are we even doing? Around 600 of these centers don't even have their own buildings and are stuck in cramped, unsafe rentals because the rent budget is totally unrealistic for urban areas.
