It is incredibly frustrating that in modern medicine, we still treat snoring as an inevitable quirk rather than a solvable problem. Cures exist, ranging from specialized mouthpieces and CPAP machines to minor surgeries, but trying to actually find the right one feels like navigating a maze blindfolded.
Doctors often dismiss the issue entirely unless it qualifies as severe sleep apnea, leaving millions of people, and their chronically exhausted partners, to suffer in silence. We are forced to experiment with useless online gadgets, nasal strips, and expensive pillows because the medical industry won't streamline treatment for everyday snorers.
If a reliable cure is out there, getting access to it shouldn't require years of expensive trial and error. It is time we stop normalizing terrible sleep quality and demand better diagnostic pathways. #health #wellness #science
