I honestly thought the poster for Spielberg’s Disclosure Day was just another boring, corporate-looking sci-fi teaser until I actually took a second to zoom in. If you look closely at the reflection in the window, there is this incredibly subtle, eerie silhouette of a classic 'grey' alien just standing there in the shadows. It is absolutely chilling because it is hidden so perfectly in plain sight. It completely flips the vibe of the movie from a standard political drama to something way more unsettling and voyeuristic. It’s such a classic Spielberg move to make you feel like you are being watched while you’re busy looking at the 'main' subject. It really makes me wonder if the whole film is going to play with that sense of paranoia, that they’ve been right behind us this entire time. Has anyone else spotted this?
