Apparently, the delay is just because of 'missing engineers' due to transfers and postings. Really? Is bureaucracy more important than child safety? Just look at what happened in Karumaloor recently, a cobra was found inside an almirah because of a broken window! 🐍 With 600 anganwadis stuck in rented spaces because the government won't pay realistic rent for urban spots like Kochi, we are basically forcing kids into unsafe, dilapidated buildings. We need better infrastructure and total accountability now, not just excuses about paperwork.
