Modest Mouse has revealed their eighth studio album, An Eraser And A Maze, with a June 5 release date set through Glacial Pace Recordings. This marks the band’s first full-length since 2021’s The Golden Casket, continuing a notable five-year gap that has only built anticipation among fans.
The album’s lead single, Picking Dragon’s Pockets, arrives with high energy: a biting guitar riff gives way to a glitchy, soaring chorus that carries a message about navigating a self-destructive world.
