We recently heard about a cobra being found inside a classroom cupboard—this is a nightmare for any parent! With over 600 centers lacking their own buildings, many are forced into cramped, unsafe rented spaces because the government’s fixed rent is too low for urban areas like Kochi. We are essentially gambling with children's lives. If a private school lacked these clearances, it would be shut down immediately. Why are government-run centers held to such a low standard?
