Is a university degree truly a golden ticket to success in India anymore? Seriously questioning the value proposition of our current education system. It feels like we're still stuck in a 'memorize and regurgitate' loop, which totally fails to prepare students for the real-world demands of industries like AI, EVs, and biotech. The data is pretty stark: apparently, only 3 out of 100 graduates actually land a job in their first year! And get this – unemployment is reportedly higher for graduates than for those with less formal education. Maybe not going to uni is actually the smarter move? This 'rattafication' culture starts right from school, hindering critical thinking and innovation. No wonder we're lagging in cutting-edge sectors. Time for a major overhaul, don't you think? #Education #Economy #Jobs
