I am talking a designer white gown, a five tier cake, professional photography, and a venue that screams luxury. We spend thousands on gifts and travel for other people’s weddings, yet single women are expected to just have a quiet dinner. Celebrating your own life, your career milestones, and your personal growth is just as valid as a legal contract with a man. It is time to normalize the non wedding wedding.
