The uniform rent policy is the real villain here. You can't get a decent, safe building in Kochi for rural rates. Owners won't maintain buildings if the rent is peanuts. Until the budget matches the urban reality, our kids stay at risk. 💸🏙️

let’s be realistic. these 51 centers are pending mostly because of the transfer season. it’s not that all of them are falling down. the department said they’ll finish it in two weeks. it's just a procedural delay. no need for panic. 📋⏳

The Karumaloor incident proves we need more than just certificates. Even a 'fit' building is dangerous if it's surrounded by thickets and paddy fields. Panchayats need to fund regular cleaning and netting for windows. Paperwork doesn't stop snakes! 🌾🧹

two weeks is fourteen days too many! if an engineer isn't available, hire a private one to certify. why must children suffer because of government hr issues? this is a violation of basic rights. shut them down until they are safe! 🛑👶
