Andrew Garfield's 2013 idea for a gay Spider-Man or even a male MJ is getting renewed attention, and honestly, he's still right! He basically said, why can't Peter Parker explore his sexuality? Why can't he be into boys?

He even pitched Michael B. Jordan as MJ for "interracial bisexuality"! Now, years later, he's reaffirming that anyone can wear the mask, regardless of gender, race, or sexuality.

It's about projecting yourself into that hero. If the point of Spider-Man is universal appeal, then limiting who he can be or love seems to miss the whole point. It's a simple, powerful message: inclusivity makes our heroes even stronger.

Huge casting news for the highly anticipated new Harry Potter series! Nicholas Hoult, who was recently announced as Gilderoy Lockhart, is now out due to scheduling conflicts. Taking his place is none other than Game of Thrones star Kit Harington! Interestingly, Kit has already voiced Lockhart in a full-cast audiobook version of 'Chamber of Secrets,' so he's not entirely new to the role. This change comes amidst continued debate, as several cast members, like Petunia Dursley's actor and even John Lithgow (Dumbledore), have distanced themselves from J.K. Rowling's controversial views, with Lithgow admitting he considered leaving the project. Are you excited for Kit as Lockhart, or do the broader controversies surrounding the series still give you pause? Let's discuss!
